CLASS
SELECTION
For the event “In the footsteps of
the master, you will automatically be assigned to a group. Please
follow this selection when you attend the classes during this
event. For the event “Rainbow of Yoga”, you are requested to
pre-register into the different sessions. Please use codes
mentioned in the class descriptions to indicate your priority in
the registration form. As classroom sizes will vary, chances are
that you may not always get your first priority. Hence registering
early will help. If you leave a session selection blank, or if your
three choices are already full, you will be assigned a class based
on availability. Please conform to your allotted sessions only.
CONFIRMATION
A confirmation letter with all
your selections will be sent out within two weeks of your
registration. However if you register after October 15th 2003, and
do not receive a confirmation, make sure you call and confirm your
registration. You will be provided with a confirmation upon
your arrival at the venue. |

HOW TO
REGISTER
In order to have real time status of the events known to you and to
make registration easier, all registrations have been centralized
and will be handled by Group Travel Plus. Participants can register
in two ways - online on the web or by normal “snail” mail. Owing to
the multiple class selections that you would need to choose, which
would require much thought and reflection, we do not have the
option of registering you on phone. However, we have set up a toll
free number (1-800-388-1949
ext 8) to answer all your registration queries.
Online
registrations maybe done through the unique
registration page set up for this conference:
http://www.t100g.com/yogafestival.htm. You can make all your class selections
and even pay through this secure site. Also the site will let you
know real time about the availability of the different workshops,
so that you can choose and register with ease. Alternately you can Mail/Fax registrations by completing the enclosed registration form. Make sure you mail/fax the forms to Group Travel Plus - 130 South Jefferson, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60661, USA or fax it to 312-876-1254. the whole event with schedules, class descriptions, who is teaching

you onto the centralized registration page, when you want to
register. However, if you have more technical queries regarding the
content of classes, schedule of the events, advice on what sessions

Registering early for this festival has its benefits. We expect this event to sell out and this fact combined with limited space availability, makes it good sense to register early to ensure your participation. Apart from this, the early bird price will ensure that your participation is more affordable when you commit yourself early enough. To secure the early bird price, you will have to register on or before May 1st 2003. After this date, only the normal price will apply.
A 4% processing fee will be charged to those who register by credit card.
Checks must be made out to “Group Travel Plus” in US dollars only. Please don’t send checks independently, send it with the registration form (or a copy of it, if you are registering online).
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing only. The refund minus a $ 35 processing fee will be made for all cancellation requests post marked by September 30th 2003. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after 30th September 2003.
The conference is held at the Ramada Plaza, 1231 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA - an ideal location in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The hotel has very nice rooms that may be ideal for individuals, couples or friends who are attending the event. It is conveniently located near many stores, cafes and restaurants, apart from being very accessible to public transportation. As a conference participant you will enjoy a special rate of US$ 89 plus tax per room per night, while staying at the hotel, thanks to the arrangement we have made with them.
