The Yoga of Body and Breath

The body and breath are two parts of our human system, that are very deeply connected. The dynamics of the two are inter-related, and it has been the pursuit of many yogis to experience this and benefit from it. The influence of the breath on the body, and that of the body on the breath is unquestionable. Through a practical experience, participants will explore this amazing mechanism, using Asana and Pranayama as tools in the journey.

The Yoga of Breath and Mind

It is also interesting to observe the relationship between the breath and the mind. Ancient yogis have studied this relationship in great detail and condensed their experiences in a simple form for us to comprehend. Through the use of Asana-s as a preparation for Pranayama and meditation, participants will explore this subtle and powerful link between the breath and the mind.
